I believe that each person is born with the internal wisdom necessary to approach life’s demands with resilience. Throughout our lives, our unique experiences and how we process them inform our self-perception. And sometimes, this inner wisdom can start to feel distant or nonexistent. It is my honor to assist individuals as they navigate their challenges in order to rebuild and strengthen this internal self-capacity.

I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults that present with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I commonly support individuals as they navigate family & interpersonal conflict, self-esteem, disordered eating & body image, neurodivergence, school & behavioral issues, emotional regulation, grief/loss, and identity (e.g. sexuality, gender, culture, race and ethnicity, religion/spirituality). I engage clients holistically by prioritizing their goals and desires and integrating tailored interventions that meet the client where they are at.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where I trained to work with children, families, and young adults. I was awarded grants and scholarships to specialize in the following clinical settings: integrated healthcare, outpatient, community mental health, and school-based social work.

If you are interested in my approach and would like to connect for a free consultation, please reach out! Whether you are seeking therapy for you or a loved one, may this journey be one of self-discovery and improved wellness.
