Position Overview:
The Mental Health therapist position will provide in person therapy to adults, children, teens. A full time caseload of a minimum of 20 clinical sessions per week is mandatory, as well as being available during the evening times (5, 6, and 7pm session times are a must). The therapist in this position will also be expected to collaborate with other team members in providing support and consultation when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Relucent, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
- Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Relucent.
- Respond to Clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Relucent website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients.
- Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
- Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Relucent or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date.
- Charge and collect payments from clients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Relucent.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Relucent.
- Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Relucent. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Align with Relucent mission, vision, and values.
- Must be trauma informed, and must be able to provide depth and insight oriented therapy.
- Must be punctual in reporting to work.
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of CA (must be fully licensed). A copy must be provided to Relucent. - Available to hold at least 20 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Relucent.
- Be organized and detail oriented.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a private practice setting highly preferred.
Experience:
- Providing mental health therapy: 2-3 years; licensed: a least 1 year
Education:
- Master’s (Required)
License/Certification:
- License to independently provide psychotherapy in CA (Required)

Pay:
$85,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Must be available to see at least 5 clients a day, and must be available in the evenings to see clients at 5, 6, and 7pm.
- Monday to Friday, weekends are possible
