Relucent Psychology Group is a group practice located in San Jose. We provide high-quality therapy and psychological testing services to individual adults, couples, adolescents, and children throughout all of California virtually, and in person in our San Jose office. We offer psychological assessments for cognitive and emotional functioning, as well as evaluations for common conditions, such as ADHD and Adult Autism.

We are currently seeking a qualified licensed psychologist to join our growing team with the expectation that you would provide in person and virtual psychological testing. This position is a full-time position, but part time positions can be considered.
Job Description
The Clinical Psychologist will join a team dedicated to helping individuals and families in need. The successful candidate will provide psychological testing to children, teens, and adults. Ideally, the candidate can assess for Autism, ADHD, psychodiagnostic clarification, personality, IQ, and more. Other types of testing can be done as well depending on the candidate’s experience. There is also an option to provide therapy services if the candidate wishes to carry a small caseload of therapy clients. Treatment specialties preferred include working with individuals with diverse backgrounds, trauma, experience in working with LGBTQ+ populations, ability to work with high functioning individuals, as well as common conditions, such as behavioral issues, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Reports to: Shereen Mohsen, Psy.D., owner of Relucent Psychology Group.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Doctoral Degree in counseling or clinical psychology. PhDs and PsyDs are welcome to apply.
- Active, unrestricted California-licensed clinician registered and in good standing with the BOP. A copy of the license must be provided.
- Liability Insurance
- Available to maintain a full caseload of clients
- Start date is negotiable.
Other Qualification Preferences:
- Passionate about the field of psychological testing and helping others.
- Thorough and extensive training as an evaluator
- Trauma-informed
- Compassionate, personable, hard-working, team-oriented, and reliable.
- Must not work in another private practice setting either solo or for another group practice.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide psychological testing services to clients of Relucent Psychology Group, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies
2. Regular and reliable attendance to meetings and all sessions with clients.
3. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Relucent Psychology Group.
4. Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, or by email.
5. Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
6. Timely completion of written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars and client information using practice management software.
7. Charge and collect payments from clients for services provided consistent with the policies and rates for such services as established by Relucent Psychology Group.
8. Attend staff meetings and trainings as directed by Relucent Psychology Group.
9. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
