Dr. Shereen Mohsen

Clinical Psychologist
Virtual Only

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I bring a centered, compassionate, and meaning-driven approach to therapy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we learn to listen to our inner world with curiosity and care. I help clients explore the deeper layers of their experience—whether that’s longstanding trauma, relational wounds, or internal conflict—to create more clarity, connection, and emotional freedom.

Clients who work with me often come seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Together, we work to untangle the patterns that keep them stuck and support the emergence of more authentic ways of living and relating.

I specialize in trauma-informed, integrative care that draws on a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities. In sessions, I aim to offer both presence and perspective—a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and gently challenged to grow. My style is collaborative, flexible, and attuned to the unique needs of each person I work with.

In addition to my clinical work, I’m passionate about supporting new therapists through supervision, teaching, and mentorship. I’ve presented at professional conferences, including the California Psychological Association, and have taught graduate psychology courses at institutions such as The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
